Did you know that Wasatch Brewery was one of the first craft brewers in the country? It got its start here in Utah in 1986, with its first brewery in Park City. Now, with four locations, it offers more than a dozen different beers and delicious food in all of its brew pubs.
This winter, cozy up in a heated igloo at the Sugarhouse location. Take a look:
Wasatch Brewery's Sugarhouse location is right in the middle of the action at 2110 Highland Drive.
The brew pub always has a great selection of its beers on draft. In addition to its legendary beers like the Polygamy Nitro Porter and Full Suspension Pale Ale, there's always a new seasonal beer to try.
The Pub Steak is a house favorite. It's a Niman Ranch 12 ounce sirloin, served with carrots and mashed potatoes and gravy. It pairs perfectly with an IPA.
If you love the steak, but prefer a lighter meal, the Steak Salad will hit the spot. You'll sink your teeth into the same Niman Ranch sirloin, but it's accompanied by a fresh greens, Kalamata olives, bell peppers, and blue cheese.
This winter, you can snuggle up in an igloo outside the brewpub! Igloos accommodate up to eight diners, and they're outfitted with heaters and air purifiers. Bring a blanket and snuggle in, or purchase a special edition Wasatch Brewing blanket that will keep you cozy all winter long.
You can reserve your igloo in advance by calling (801) 328-2329 ext. 1238 to make a reservation.
Wasatch Brewing’s Sugarhouse location is open Monday through Friday from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m., Saturday and Sunday 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
