Before you know it, summer will right around the corner. Instead of waiting until the last minute to make your fun summer plans, how about adding a few items to your family’s summer bucket list. Start with taking a ride on the Foxwoods HighFlyer, the longest zipline in Connecticut. When you’re looking for a fun, thrilling way to kick off your summer, Foxwoods will be your first choice.
Begin your adventure 350 feet off the ground from the rooftop of the 33-story Foxwoods Resort.
Continue your journey zipping through some of the most breathtaking aerial views of Connecticut as you fly along at 60 miles per hour. The strikingly majestic view extends as far as the Long Island Sound.
Your flight comes to a rest a mile away at the Mashantucket Pequot Museum & Research Center. Here you can continue on your adventure, as you redeem the general admission museum ticket and explore the cultural and archeological exhibits.
The enjoyment and exciting thrill of zipline flight can be experienced by anyone of any age. No matter your experience level or how many times you ride the zipline, each experience will feel unique and brand new.
Be sure to wear comfortable clothing and pay attention to all safety precautions. Set aside 45 minutes to an hour to prepare for the experience, which includes a weigh-in, safety class, and acquiring your gear.
For your continued safety, at this time, tour sizes and times are currently limited. Reservations are required to experience the thrill of the zipline flight. Reservations are currently being booked for the May 15, 2021 summer re-opening.
