This Amazing Time Lapse Video Shows Massachusetts Like You've Never Seen It Before
Massachusetts is stunning. From east to west, this state is brimming with natural and manmade beauty. One of the great jewels of the Commonwealth has to be the city of Boston. With its blend of colonial treasures, glittering skyscrapers, and swathes of verdant greenery, this is one city that deserves a tribute. And what better way to honor the largest city in Massachusetts than by shrinking it to dollhouse proportions?
Check out this incredible time-lapse tilt-shift video of the bustling streets and waterways of Boston. This is actual footage of the city that has been sped up and processed to give the illusion that the metropolis and its inhabitants are toy-sized. The video was shot from the Prudential Tower Observatory over the course of two days. Sites featured include the Charles River, Christian Science Center, Newbury street, MIT, Fenway Ballpark and other sights of Boston.
Tip: Fenway Park is at 3:07 and it looks wicked cool.
This amazing video was filmed and edited by Alexandre Isobe and Jennifer So. The music is “Such Great Heights” by Iron and Wine (very appropriate). Thanks so much to JMITimelapse for uploading this video. Check out their other beautiful videos here.
