Tori Jane is a storm chaser, writer, photographer, and the village idiot - in that order. When she's not out and about dancing with the meanest storms on planet Earth for funsies she can be found wandering, shooting landscapes, writing, editing photos, and otherwise up to no good. Legend has it that she can also be occasionally spotted typing up short bios in the third person, but those rumors are unsubstantiated.
Hidden in plain sight in Maui County, Hawaii, east of Kahului, there’s a small, often overlooked state park that doubles as a rest stop for travelers. It’s a splendid little park with some incredible views.
If you’d like to visit this enchanting little park, it is located along the Hana Highway at mile marker 12.2. The park is open from 7 am to 7 pm and is free to all visitors.
Have you ever driven the Hana Highway and stopped at this awesome little spot? Tell us all about it in the comments!
