The eatery originally opened in 2012 as an Italian-focused pizzeria. Their logo at the time was a monkey in a fez with a cigar.
When Sean and Ping Ping Bullock bought the restaurant in 2014, they doubled its size and added a few quirky details.

They also decided to serve what they refer to as East Coast-style pizza with a heavy influence from Central Ohio.
This can definitely be described as a science fiction themed pizza parlor.
