You'll See Two Arches At Once On The Double O Arch Trail In Utah

Arches National Park is one of Utah’s most treasured gems, and it’s easy to see why. The park has more than 2,000 natural arches, and more than a dozen trails so you can explore some of the most famous.
Double O Arch is two arches in one, and you can see it on the Devil’s Garden Trail. Take a look:
To find Double O Arch, you'll take the Devils Garden Loop. It's 4.2 miles roundtrip, and the second portion of the trail is fairly strenuous.
After you pass Landscape Arch, the hiking trail becomes much more difficult as you hop onto the primitive loop. As long as you're up for a challenge, it's well worth your effort.
Along the way, you'll see some incredible scenery - huge, sandstone fins dominate this landscape. You can also explore small spur trails that take you to Navajo Arch and Partition Arch.
To reach Double O Arch, you'll scramble right up along one of the huge, sandstone fins. This is where those sturdy hiking shoes come in handy! Use your hands and feet to make your way up the sandstone, and be careful of the steep drop-offs.
As you make your way back to the Devils Garden Trailhead, you can take another short trail to Primitive Arch, which will add another mile to your hike.
