Of all the places we love to visit in New Hampshire, it’s often the simple ones that we like the best. Sure, the big names like Franconia and the White Mountains offer some serious beauty, but it’s important to remember that the Granite State is full of that same beauty in unexpected places. The hike we’re telling you about today is located in a state park that some might overlook. But it’s worth the trip!









Pawtuckaway State Park is open 8 a.m. to sunset. Entry is $5 for adults and $2 for children 6 to 11. Right now day-use hiking passes are required. You can reserve them up until 5 p.m. here.
