It seems like 2020 has had its own plans for how the year would progress and that includes New Mexico’s beloved chile season. Reports last month suggested production and harvesting may be down this year, annual festivals have been canceled.
It can seem like the world is practically ending but I think this just means we have a chance to shift our focus from large public experiences to something a little more intimate that you can still safely enjoy. Here are a few suggestions on how to get that started.
