When you think of Louisiana, waterfalls probably don’t come to mind. While we are known for our many beautiful bayous, swamps, and marshes, unfortunately, waterfalls just aren’t as often found around the Bayou State. Which makes this beautiful waterfall hiking trail all the more incredible, since it’s not every day you’ll get to hike to a gorgeous waterfall in Louisiana.
If you don’t have either of those, you’ll need a Wild Louisiana Stamp, which you can get here. For a one-day pass, it’s only $2 per person, which is a steal considering you could easily spend an entire day here and not see everything.
