Vacations and getaways in 2020 have taught us to realign our vision of the perfect little getaway. After several weeks this spring where staying at home was not only encouraged, but also required, we’ve learned that venturing outside of our own jurisdiction for even a night or two is as sweet as boarding a plane for a tropical destination in the Caribbean. Under the current circumstances, it’s easy to say that taking a stay-cation is actually better than boarding a plane to anywhere.
