It’s officially ice cream season here in Washington, and for that we are thankful. And last fall, a delicious new ice cream shop joined the list of places to get a cone in the Tri Cities. But Amethyst Creamery is much more than an ice cream shop — as the name implies, you’ll find some sparkling gems sitting next to your cup of Chocolate Peanut Butter Swirl.
