Here in Minnesota, not a whole lot of attention is paid to the northwestern corner of the state. Sure, there is plenty to do in Moorhead and other communities on the border with Fargo. And there are certainly happenings in other larger communities in the region, such as Detroit Lakes and Thief River Falls. But by and large, much of northwestern Minnesota remains unexplored by those who don’t live in the area. It’s a real shame, because the region is home to many great spots – especially restaurants. One excellent example is a little-known place called Spanky’s Stone Hearth. It’s in the tiny town of Frazee, and it is well worth making a trip for. Here’s what you’ll find when you visit:
