Those of us with a sweet tooth know it can be quite the curse. After all, when we’re struck with a massive craving, we can think of little more than satisfying that craving. But then comes the fun part of choosing how and from where to indulge in our favorite treats. Sweet Things Bakery in Missouri serves some of the most taste-tantalizing homemade goodies around, making it bucket list-worthy.
A quaint bakery in St. Charles, Sweet Things Bakery has been delighting Missourians with its popular homemade desserts – from cakes and cupcakes to cookies and pies – since 2017.
However, before it was Sweet Things, the bakery, founded and run by Beth Thompson, resided in Ferguson. Previously known as Cose Dolce Bakery, it opened in 2006.
How do some cookies sound? Go for the jumbo (it is huge) cookie, or choose such classics as peanut butter, chocolate chip, or lemon. Thumbprints are also on the menu.
It just doesn’t get any better than fresh, homemade bread either, does it? Sweet Things makes a generous selection of sweet breads, including banana, pumpkin, and strawberry bread.
