Spending time outdoors in Missouri promises something for everyone, from relaxation to adventure. If you’re the kind of person who loves to spend time near, in, or on the water, you’ll definitely want to plan a visit to this bottomless lake in Missouri. In addition to its breathtaking beauty, it offers a full menu of activities.
While it may not technically be bottomless, Table Rock Lake in Branson holds the distinction of Missouri’s deepest lake. At its deepest point, the shimmering lake measures 220 feet.
Table Rock Lake is indisputably beautiful, although it’s not a natural wonder. It is, in fact, a man-made wonder that was created more than five decades ago when the White River was dammed.
If you like water sports, you’ll find paradise on Table Rock Lake, where you can go boating, kayaking, canoeing, and paddle boarding. You can rent everything you need at the Marina.
While Table Rock Lake doesn’t have a “designated” beach for swimming, you’ll still find plenty of safe spots to swim in the lake. However, swimmers are prohibited near the boat launches and the marina, and there are no lifeguards.
Discover so much to do at Table Rock State Park – hiking and biking, for example – that a lone day at the lake might not be enough. Just reserve a camping spot to extend your adventure.
