Have you ever stood in three places at once? Here in Ohio, there’s a little-known, remote area in Williams County where you can do just that. Ohio, Michigan and Indiana converge along County Road 1 in Williams County at the northwest corner of the state. It’s a neat road trip stop to take when you have the time.

Driving along County Road 1 in Williams County, Ohio (or 1000E in Steuben County, Indiana), you'll encounter a lonely dirt road, rural views and a peculiar marker.

The large memorial boulder points to the bench marker where three states meet: Ohio, Indiana and Michigan. It was erected in 1977 by the Hillsdale County Historical Society in Michigan.

Please note: The boulder itself is not the point where the three states converge. The true marker is about 130 feet south from the boulder in the roadside weeds.
