The sculpture garden is made and maintained by Allegheny college students and workers at the state department of transportation. The park is constantly expanded as more street signs are discarded, so with each visit, you are likely to see more beautiful sculptures. It's kind of amazing how cool these all look.

You can find the sculpture garden in Meadville, Pennsylvania, between Pittsburgh and Erie. It is located right along route 322. The mural, made entirely of road signs, stretches for about 1/4 of a mile on the fence outside of PennDOT's yard.
