While Massachusetts is the home of many beautiful natural oases, you often have to take a long hike or travel to the more remote parts of our state to escape to them. However, right here in East Cambridge there’s a hidden slice of nature that is North Point Park. This Boston park and playground might be right here in the city, but it’s still a peaceful escape with 14-acres of green space along the Charles River. With beautiful views, a serene boardwalk, and one of Boston’s best playgrounds and splash pads for the kids, anyone and everyone can get an escape from big city life and retreat to North Point Park.
