We love to visit St. George for its warm, sunny weather, and it has tons of attractions for every member of the family. One of our favorites is Thunder Junction. It’s a huge play space that’s the perfect place to spend an afternoon, and it’s accessible to everyone. Take a look:
Welcome to Thunder Junction All Abilities Park! You'll find it inside Tonaquint Park in St. George, and you're going to want to plan to spend an entire afternoon here.
The playground was designed with everyone in mind. The playground area is covered in a soft, rubber material, which means no skinned knees, and there's a wheelchair trail to explore.
Special playground equipment makes it possible for guests in wheelchairs to join in the fun. Check out the secured swings and zip line chairs for safe sky-high adventures, too.
One of Thunder Park's most famous attractions is its train that takes riders along a 2,700-foot track. The park is free to visit, but the train ride costs $1 per guest.
