Take a step back in time to the Civil War at the Battle of Round Mountain reenactment – a two-day recreation of the first battle fought in Indian Territory during the Civil War. This winter encampment takes place over multiple days in Payne County as Confederate and Union soldiers advance towards each other on the battlefield  – and visitors are invited to come out and watch this historical and entertaining event.
