The most unique dishes in Illinois are coming out of a restaurant in Chicago that few people know about. This gorgeous eatery is demanding more attention, and you’ve got to see why. Scroll on for more details.
Band of Bohemia is an award-winning brewpub that has been in business since 2015. It was started by award-winning chefs and brewers who pair their creations to create seamless dining experiences.
From the moment guests enter the space, they are blown away by the decor. From the tables and chairs to the walls and ceilings, everything is inspired by vintage and bohemian charm.
The restaurant is known for its unique dishes. A seasonal, rotating tasting menu is most exquisite and includes items like wagyu beef, duck prosciutto, fried oysters, candied chickpeas, and much more.
The regular menu includes appetizers, entrees, and desserts as well as brunch on weekends. Specific menu items include grilled octopus, eggplant naan, brown butter cod, venison loin, seared foie gras, saffron fettuccine, and much more.
Brunch items include croque madame, chicken tempura, shrimp & heirloom corn grits, salmon royale, and many other elevated takes on classic options. When it comes to desserts, you'll find ice cream, mousse, cakes, and brownies.
The beverages at this establishment are just as unforgettable as the food. Cocktails, wine coffee, tea, and beer have their own extensive menus with nearly too many options to choose from.
Band of Bohemia is open Tuesday through Friday between 4:30 p.m. and 12 a.m., Saturday between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. and again between 5 p.m. and 1 a.m., and Sunday between 10 a.m and 10 p.m., and you can get more details on its website or Facebook page.
