Is there anything more delectable than a juicy burger wedged between the perfect bun? We’re gonna go ahead and say no, which is why we’re pretty much always on the lookout for that perfect specimen. The burger to beat all burgers. While there are too many options here in Wyoming to call one the best, we sure do like the quest! And it’s even better when we can enjoy a variety of options in one place. This spot offers so many different types of burgers, we can’t help but want to go back over and over again.

Longbranch Steakhouse & Saloon in Hawk Springs offers a casual place to enjoy a menu jam-packed with some seriously tasty food.

The environment inside is friendly and you'll probably run into a few people you know. That is, if you're from this small town. Otherwise, you might need to start making new pals because there's a good chance you're going to want to be more local after you work through the menu.

There are lots of things to choose from, including salads and pulled pork.

And their sides are great. The onion rings *actually* have onions in them!

And while we want to try everything on the menu, it's the burger list that almost always keeps our attention.

With ten different types of burgers, you'll want to come back a few times to get through them all.

Offerings here are truly unique and include things like the chili burger which includes your choice of their house made red or green chili, shredded cheese and onions.

And the signature Longbranch burger comes topped with sauteed mushrooms, bacon and melty Swiss cheese.

From pizza burgers to western burgers to their mammoth rhino burger which comes with a 1/2 pound patty topped with Italian sausage, bacon, grilled onions, fried bottle-cap jalapenos, Chipotle Sweet-Heat under melty pepper jack cheese with a fried egg, over-easy, there's no way you're going to leave here feeling hungry!

We also love their grill option which is open at varying hours in the summer, spring and fall.

Eat up, but be sure to save room for dessert!
