There are beautiful Christmas Trees in towns all across New Jersey but we know of only one like the tree in Normandy Beach. There’s no official tree lighting and it’s not sponsored by the city…this tree got its start in December 2012, following Hurricane Sandy. Much of the town was devastated by the storm and Sue Buzzi placed a little Christmas tree on the beach at 2nd Avenue as a sign of hope.
