We’ve got our very own world-class haunted attraction here in Nebraska, and it’s lately it’s been enjoying a new moment in the spotlight. After several years of fascinating and terrifying visitors, it’s now taking its haunted mission global.
The Museum of Shadows in Plattsmouth is one of the most haunted museums in the world, housing more than 3,000 haunted, creepy, and downright bizarre artifacts.
Nate and Kaleigh Raterman are the couple behind the unique attraction. They've made a career based on paranormal research, ghost hunts, and haunted objects. Nate founded T.R.I.P. Paranormal, a paranormal investigation team, in 2006.
Since the couple opened the Museum of Shadows, they've gotten visitors from all over the world. People come to experience the spooky objects and fascinating stories behind them and to experience the museum's regular ghost hunts.
Now, even those who can't get to Nebraska to see the museum in person can watch the ongoing ghost hunts and investigations on a new Amazon Prime show, appropriately titled "Museum of Shadows."
The show follows the couple as they collect donated artifacts and learn the stories behind them, investigate the haunted happenings in the museum, and communicate with entities beyond our world. If you're a fan of other ghost hunting shows, this show will be right up your alley.
