It’s feeling a bit nippy outside, isn’t it? Winter seems to be here to stay so it’s time to indulge in some mouthwatering comfort food. But comfort food in New Mexico is a bit different from other parts of the country. Sure, casseroles, chilis, and mashed potatoes have their place but for many of us, getting that warm feeling of nostalgia and love tends to come from New Mexican cuisine.
