This year, the Christmas festival will take place on Saturday, December 7. As usual, the celebration will be located in Downtown Eagle's Heritage Park from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The festival packs in a whole lot of fun, so you'll want to be sure to get there early to enjoy it all!
First of all, Eagle is absolutely charming during wintertime. The quaint downtown area and all of its storefronts get all decked out every year with string lights and Christmas decor. It makes for an enchanting place to simply walk around for a few hours.
The festival itself will revolve around the Heritage Park Gazebo Stage. Throughout the day, musical acts including children's choirs and live bands will be performing from the stage. Prepare for a day filled with constant Christmas tunes!
Additionally, guests can enjoy visiting with Santa and Mrs. Clause, petting a real reindeer, and taking carriage rides throughout Downtown Eagle. Kids will especially love the heated tents filled with fun activities and things to do.
The festival ends on a dazzling note as the official Tree Lighting Ceremony takes place in the heart of Heritage Park. The towering Christmas tree will come alive with thousands of sparkling lights at 5:30 p.m.
Don't forget to shop for gifts at the holiday market, pay a visit to the Winter Holiday Quilt Exhibit at the Eagle Senior Center, and do some window shopping among the downtown businesses.
