When it comes to delicious pizza, there’s one place in the heart of Lafayette that’s doing it better than most, and that’s Dean-O’s Pizza. Dean-O’s Pizza has been a local landmark since it opened its doors in 1971.
For November, the pizza of the month is a blackened shrimp pizza that features blackened Gulf shrimp with homemade Italian/Cajun spice blend topped with freshly grated smoked provolone cheese, green onions, and traditional red sauce.
Traditional burgers and bacon cheeseburgers pepper the menu, but if you’re feeling really spicy, go for the Hot Blonde burger with Cajun spices, jalapeños, pepper jelly, and BBQ sauce.
Can’t decide between a burger or pizza? Well, they’ve thought of that.
If you have a sweet tooth, you’ll love the fried Oreos, banana’s foster bread pudding, or a classic cheesecake. It’s the perfect way to end a delicious meal.
