This tiny Mediterranean joint serves up delicious Middle Eastern-inspired eats with a special focus on shawarma wraps. It's just the place to visit when you find yourself craving something that is both fresh and filling.
The place itself can definitely be hard to spot, especially since the exterior looks pretty typical and plain. However, that's exactly what we love about this wacky little restaurant. You'll find the entrance located in Truckee River Terrace, right on Ralston Street.
Once inside, you'll find the small walk-up window located right at the base of a staircase. Be warned that there isn't much seating inside the small dining area, so most people opt to take their food to-go.
The menu is limited but it contains everything you could want from a place called Shawarmageddon. The shawarma wraps are obviously the most popular item and come with lamb, chicken, or falafel. They also boast a small menu of side dishes, snacks, and specialty beverages.
