During the summer, Grand Falls beckons visitors who just want to cool off and to frolic in the cool waters into which the waterfall flows.

You'll notice numerous rocks leading to the waters near Grand Falls. Kiddos and other visitors often like to climb the rocks. Wear appropriate shoes if you want to join in.
Bring a lawn chair if you want to have a bite to eat or to just sit and admire the waterfall. The area around Grand Falls is predominately undeveloped, so you won't find bathrooms, picnic tables, or any amenities.

You will find wildlife, however. Spend some time admiring the local residents, too - the ducks gliding on the water and the tadpoles swimming in it.
