The Mayflower Park Hotel is located in downtown Seattle, where it has been for 92 years.

It was built in 1927 as the Bergonian. And almost a century later, it's still locally-owned (by Birney and Marie Dempcy) and still an important part of the community.
The current owners purchased the hotel in 1973, beautifully renovating it and restoring it.

Having been a part of the local community for so long, the building has been home to many happy occasions and vacations.
The accommodations here range from classic guest rooms to lavish suites, each with all the comforts of home.

And although Seattle hotels are known for being expensive, The Mayflower is actually a steal. Rooms rent for as little as $124 during the off-season and weekend rates for classic rooms are still under $200.
