The tiny town of Columbia, Tennessee is about as low-key as it gets for Middle Tennessee. The region has been largely taken over by the ever-spreading heft of Nashville, but there are still a handful of tiny towns that prosper in the heart of the Volunteer State. The Bypass Deli is located in an inconspicuous space right across the street from the local Kroger, but it’s a true dream when it comes to the classic American cheeseburger. The Bypass Deli is located in Columbia, Tennessee, roughly 45 minutes or so from the outskirts of Music City. Although it's pretty far out of the way for city slickers, it remains the No. 1 spot for burgers in the Columbia area.
