Driving around Salina, there’s a lot of options to pick when it comes to dining. However, when it comes to wanting Kansas-brewed beer alongside your home cooked meal, there’s no better place than this one. Food and craft brews go together hand in hand at this Kansas brewery. Come see for yourself what flavors they’re creating.
Welcome to Blue Skye Brewery and Eats, a restaurant in Salina that's been serving one thing or another since 2013.
They serve both in-house craft beer as well as familiar bottles you'd find in any bar, which makes choosing between your favorite or the house brews easy.
In most opinions, the best pair with their fresh brewed beer is a wood fired pizza. Nothing quite hits the spot as your favorite flavor combination, but they do make some odd flavors if you're feeling adventurous. Hot Cheetos and mac'n'cheese, anyone?
As with any great restaurant, there are plenty of chances to be surprised by what you find here. If you're lucky, you might be able to sample dessert that's been freshly made for the day. It's like a lucky draw!
The brewery and restaurant have different hours, so make sure you're not too late to grab food on your visit. Monday through Thursday they're open from 11 a.m. to midnight, with a 9 p.m. kitchen closing. On Fridays and Saturdays, they're open 11 a.m. to 2 a.m., with a 10 p.m. kitchen closing. On Sundays, they're open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., with the kitchen closing at 8.
