We love spending time outdoors in New Hampshire. But we don’t love feeling like only large, uphill hikes will make us “hikers.” We’re always on the lookout for the other routes. The ones that provide beautiful views, but feel simple. We’re not trying to be outdoor heroes and as long as the views are nice, the air is crisp and the friends are kind we’re happy!
The Peverly Pond Loop is found in the Great Bay National Wildlife Refuge. It’s good for many skill levels and offers a nice boardwalk for easy access. It’s open from sunrise to sunset year round. Pets are not allowed and visitors should be sure to stay on the maintained paths in the park. Address:Peverly Brook Pond Trail, Newington, NH 03801.
