It all started with jerky. VC Jerky Co. officially opened in 1999 after the owner, Bob Williamson, started getting numerous demands for his famous venison jerky. It didn't take long for Bob's mouthwatering jerky and BBQ to win over the community, and it's just as loved to this very day.
Although it's called the Jerky Company, jerky isn't the only thing you'll find here. The place has actually become renowned for its delicious barbecue, served in hearty portions and with the restaurant's signature sauces.
This place may look pretty unassuming from the street, but step inside and you'll be bombarded with a variety of amazing dishes to choose from. Some of their most popular dishes include their famous Applewood Smoked Pork Ribs, BBQ Pulled Pork Nachos, and hot dogs.
Also on the menu are a variety of BBQ sandwiches, including their amazing Beef Tri-Tip, BBQ Pulled Pork, and Pastrami and Swiss. All sandwiches come with one of their scrumptious side dishes, such as beans, slaw, cornbread, potato salad, and mac and cheese.
Of course, a visit to VC Jerky Co. isn't complete without picking up some of their famous venison or beef jerky. You can't go wrong with their original recipe, which is comprised of a family recipe marinade and a blend of black pepper. However, there are several flavors to choose from including Teriyaki, Hot, and Ol' Mexico.
