Nashville long ago made a name for itself as one of the pre-eminent chicken locales in the United States. Parson’s Chicken and Fish, originally based out of Chicago, has just recently opened up in Music City, and it’s giving all the chicken shops in town a run for their money. Nashville, Tennessee is now home to Parson's Chicken and Fish's third location. Once only found in the heart of Chicago, the decadent eatery has officially flown south, bringing a bit of tasty fun from the Windy City to Music City.

The menu is a prime example of chicken and fish based decadence. Indulge in everything from the freshly fried chicken sandwich with homemade potato chips (pictured) to chicken and waffles, served up hot and heavy with maple brown butter.

The hot chicken sandwich is a classic, and perfectly enjoyed in the city where it all began. The Demon-Style chicken sandwich ups the ante on the heat factor, and you can go for grilled Amish chicken if you'd rather nosh on something a bit more classic.
