The sprawling 400 acres is located next to Lake Catherine, about 5 minutes from Hot Springs. It's a lovely escape that's accessible to the city's attractions without being smack dab in the bustle.

After you've scoped out the activities, you'll need a place to stay for the night.
Catherine's Landing has all sorts of lodging options including RV space, cabins and cottages, or tent camping. One other option, and our personal favorite, are the yurts! Three different yurt sizes are available for couples, families, and even large groups.
They're spaced far enough apart to have privacy but do have a connecting boardwalk. The village is a wonderful way to meet fellow travelers or keep in touch with the rest of your party.
Each yurt in the village has it's own outdoor amenities.
Enjoy the forest shade while sitting at the picnic table. During the evening, stay cozy at the yurt's fire ring which is perfect for stories and s'mores.
Yurts are more than fancy tents - they're a full blown glamping experience.
Yurts have been used for centuries all around the world but the more modernized versions take away most of the hassle associated with standard tents. The Year-round Universal Recreation Tents (YURT) have quickly been added to multiple state parks and resorts around Arkansas. The yurts at Catherine's Landing are climate controlled, have WIFI, and include linens. The larger yurts here can comfortably sleep 12 people!
