Though Daniella was born in New York and has lived in a couple of other states, Mississippi has been her home for more than 30 years. A lot of restaurants don’t start off as restaurants – and that’s exactly the case with Scranton’s. The building that now contains the Pascagoula eatery once housed the town’s fire station and city hall, which included a courtroom, jail cell, and vault. And though it’s been a popular restaurant for decades now, there are still plenty of signs of the building’s past. Even better, diners are encouraged to explore the historic building. Take a look:
