Do you remember when you were a kid and watched “Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory” for the first time and dreamed of a world full of beautiful, magical confections? While a place so grand as Wonka’s only exists in the imagination of Roald Dahl, a magical ice cream world is indeed a reality right here in Colorado, complete with homemade treats and a conveyer belt that serves your order:
Recently opened in Denver is the Little Man Ice Cream Factory; a branch of the beloved Little Man Ice Cream shops that is bigger and better than ever!
Laid out over a whopping 6,000 square feet, the Little Man Ice Cream Factory is a true feast for the senses, thanks to its many unique sights, smells, and - of course - tastes.
Why a full-fledged factory? Since opening in 2008, Little Man has taken the city by storm, winning numerous awards and accolades, and yielding endless lines nearly every weekend.
Designed with whimsy in mind, the Little Man Ice Cream Factory's ambiance boasts an art deco feel complete with dessert-serving conveyor belts, eye-catching paintings, and display cases filled with colorful treats!
In addition to the scoop shop, the factory also offers a tasting room and in-store bakery, so make sure to set aside some time to see it all during your visit.
The Little Man Ice Cream Factory is open Tuesday through Thursday from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
