After building a brand new building in 2002, Special Care Inc., a day care center for children with and without disabilities in Oklahoma City, began seeing apparitions of a little girl, strange noises, and enough paranormal activity over the years to call in the Oklahoma Paranormal Research and Investigations this year.

Special Care Inc. built a brand new 30,000 square foot building in 2002 on the grounds of what was later determined to be the site of a children's orphanage - The Oklahoma Methodist Home (built in 1919).

After years of children reporting seeing a young girl with blonde hair wandering around the building and strange noises being heard, the staff called in Professional Paranormal Investigators to research what was going on.
