This locally owned and operated burger joint in Lafayette lets you build your own burger from the bun up, featuring several different meats, buns, and endless toppings. Fat Cow opened its doors in 2001 and they’ve been a Baton Rouge favorite ever since. Better come hungry to this locally owned joint, because these burgers are piled high with all the toppings you could ever dream of.
