In the Land of 10,000 Lakes, it should come as no surprise that there are just as many beaches. Some feel just like the tropics, with sandy shores and shallow waters. But others are steep and deep or rough and rocky. One of the rockiest beaches in Minnesota is – unsurprisingly – found along the North Shore. This stone-strewn beach may not be the best for swimming, but it’s absolutely gorgeous nonetheless.
Brighton Beach – one of the rockiest beaches in Minnesota – is also one of the most beautiful. Whether you spend an hour or a day, you’re sure to love this unique lakeside escape.
