Located just outside Devils Postpile National Monument, the falls tumbles for approximately 150 feet as it flows over the rugged cliffside. It's definitely an impressive sight, especially during late spring and early summer.

Minaret Falls Campground is typically open from May through October. You'll find it accessible via a narrow, single-lane road. It contains 27 campsites but they are not reservable and they tend to fill up quickly, so plan to arrive early!

Directions: Take US 395 to State Highway 203 and head west through Mammoth Lakes. You'll turn right at the second traffic light and continue past Mammoth Mountain Main Lodge and Minaret Vista Station. There is a camping fee of $23 per night, which may seem steep but it's totally worth it!
