Welcome to The Tailored Tea! This pretty tea room is tucked inside a restored 1806 farmhouse in Latham, and it's just like something from a storybook.
The Ebenezer Hills, Jr. Farmhouse is truly quaint, and offers a good dose of New York history within its walls. Ebenezer Hills Jr. was a Continental soldier during the Revolutionary War, and after the war he built this farmhouse for his family. The tea room is a beautiful blend of historic beauty and modern amenities.
Stop by for breakfast, lunch, or afternoon tea. Chef Jared Bafaro has created a tasty breakfast menu with delicious fare that includes fluffy pancakes, farm-fresh eggs, savory breakfast potatoes, and sweet French toast with berries.
If you're dining here for lunch, you'll find an array of crisp salads, each named after a famous New Yorker. Try the Horace Greeley, the Ella Fitzgerald, the Elizabeth Cady Stanton, and of course the Ebenezer Hills. You can also enjoy hot soups and scrumptious sandwiches.

Afternoon tea is served every day from noon to 4 p.m.. Enjoy a three-tiered tea tower with goodies like scones, finger sandwiches, and sweet little desserts.
