Sure, the town’s main attraction might be familiar, but if someone mentions the town’s name in which the attraction is located, it might not ring a bell.

St. Stephens, which makes up New St. Stephens and Old St. Stephens, is located in Washington County, Alabama and has a population of nearly 500. Old St. Stephens was the site of the state's only territorial capital, and it's now home to St. Stephens Historical Park.
The town of Wedowee is located in Randolph County, Alabama. It has a population of around 800 and is home to Lake Wedowee - the town's main attraction.
Hytop is located in Jackson County, Alabama. It's home to the Walls of Jericho, which is one of the South's top hiking destinations. If you love the outdoors, you'll want to visit this small town.
Carrollton is the county seat of Pickens County, Alabama. It's best known for the ghostly face in its courthouse window, which later became known as "The Face in the Courthouse Window," a story included in Kathryn Tucker Windham’s award-winning book, "13 Alabama Ghosts and Jeffrey."
With a population of less than 300, Fruithurst is one of Alabama's smallest towns. Its biggest attraction, which is located just outside of town, is The Fruithurst Winery Co. If you're a wine lover, you should definitely check out this winery.
The town of Woodville is located in Jackson County, Alabama and has a population of less than 800. Most of the people familiar with this town are so because of its main attraction - Cathedral Caverns State Park. This state park is home to Cathedral Caverns, which is known for having one of the largest cave entrances in the world.
Forkland has a population of less than 700 and is located in Greene County, Alabama. One of the town's most popular attractions is Bird's Farm, which features a variety of whimsical art sculptures made from hay and scrap metal.
Waldo is located in Talladega County, Alabama. Its main attraction is the Waldo Covered Bridge, which spans the Talladega Creek and is one of the state's oldest covered bridges.
