When the current owner's parents were running the place, the largest option was 116 oz and anyone that finished it got their picture on the wall. When the kids took over, they wanted their own challenge. There are hundreds of folks who've finished that super cut of 116 oz, but just a small handful of people who have finished the new, positively massive 160 oz cut.

The prime rib is slow cooked, starting at 10 pm the night before it'll be served. It spends hours in the oven and then is held in its own juices to develop flavor and let the tissue break down so you get that fabulous, melt-in-your-mouth prime rib experience.
