There’s no denying the deliciousness of southern food. However, whipping up an authentic southern meal is no easy task. It takes a lot of effort. And while the effort is well worth it, a lot of us don’t have the time (or skill) to prepare country classics, like fried chicken, greens, and corn bread. Luckily, there’s a country diner that serves all sorts of authentic eats. Take a look:
This is Norma Jean’s Diner. A true hidden gem, it’s located in the small town of Pachuta, which has just 261 residents!
You’ll find it at 15479 Hwy 11 N, Pachuta, MS 39347.
Serving up a home-cooked fare in a setting to match, it’s the perfect place to go when you get a hankering for some good old southern cookin’. Food is served cafeteria-style, which means diners make their way through a line and pick the dishes of their choice.
But great food, a comfy setting, and low prices aren't the only things you'll love about this diner. There's also the fact that the upstairs area features a gift shop filled with antiques and other unique finds.
