The restaurant was opened by Jerry Notini Kolniak, his brother Ronnie, and their father Stanley. The restaurant is named in honor of Jerry’s grandfather, Antonio Notini, who immigrated to the United States in 1909.
This family-run restaurant has a perfectly casual atmosphere that’s great for both family meals and evenings out with friends.

You can find Notini’s Italian Restaurant at 2013 Airline Dr., Bossier City, LA 71111. The restaurant is open Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and on Friday & Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Notini’s is closed on Sundays.
