Visiting this one-of-a-kind museum is like taking a small step back in time, when bicycles were constantly evolving and improvements were being made with each new year. The next time you find yourself near the small town of New Bremen, you need to take some time to explore this world renowned museum.
In spite of its world-renowned collection, this little-known museum is quietly hiding in the small town of New Bremen. It's a definite bucket list item.
You can take a guided tour or explore the museum yourself. There's also an onsite theatre that teaches you all about the history of this beloved invention.
The Bicycle Museum of America is open Monday - Friday from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. and on Saturday from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. in the fall and winter. During the spring and summer, you can visit Monday - Friday from 9 a.m. - 7 p.m. and on Saturday from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
With a highly knowledgable staff and only $3 for admission, this is a one-of-a-kind historical experience you just can't get anywhere else.
