This dessert inspired by our favorite Northwest volcano consists of massive boulders (walnuts) that lie at the base of a honey vanilla ice cream peak. It'd dusted with volcanic ash (cocoa) and erupts with a molten lava (raspberry sauce). You're not going to find a more delicious volcano anywhere else - the flavor is truly explosive.
