Some people don't realize that Bryce Canyon National Park gets snow during the winter, but on average, this beautiful place gets almost 20 inches of snow in January alone! All that snow makes for some stunning scenery - and plenty of snowy, outdoor fun.
The horses at Ruby's Horseback Adventures have a blast taking tourists on trail rides all summer long, but during the winter they love to show local Utahns around the park.
Sleigh rides last approximately 30 minutes, and they're available all winter long at 9:30 a.m., 10:30 a.m., noon, 1:30 p.m., and 2:30 p.m. They're perfect for guests of all ages.
The company also offers winter horseback rides in the Grand Staircase area. Rides will take you through gorgeous canyons and past petroglyphs. Riders must be ten years old, and you'll need to book your winter horseback excursion in advance.
