Nick's Kitchen is a little local restaurant in northern Indiana with history that goes back to the early 1900s. The diner was opened in 1908, but Nick had been selling burgers out of a cart since 1904.
In 1927, the business was sold to a couple of locals who have kept the place going ever since. The diner is most famous for its breaded tenderloins, milkshakes, and homemade pies.
Guests are greeted by a cozy and casual dining room upon arrival, and the friendly staff will make you feel right at home. Not much has changed here in the last 100 years.
Breakfast is the best meal of the day at this small town kitchen. Guests enjoy biscuits and gravy, waffles, French toast, and hot cakes, as well as omelets, scrambles, and more.
If you're in the mood for something a bit heartier, the lunch and dinner menus will have your mouth watering. In addition to tenderloins, this place is known for its burgers, fried fish, brisket, and chicken and noodles.
